Carol O’Leary named to newspaper Hall of Fame

Over the course of a career that has spanned more than five decades

Over the course of a career that has spanned more than five decades, Carol O’Leary has done just about every job there is in putting out a newspaper, including helping run the press.

Carol is an owner of Central Wisconsin Publications, Inc., and publisher of The Star News and Courier Sentinel. She is also active on a state and national level, serving as a member of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation board. 

She has served on the boards of the Inland Press Foundation and the International Society of Weekly Newspaper Editors (ISWNE). She is currently vice president of the ISWNE Foundation and a member of the National Newspaper Association.
